Job Description

‍This role is for an efficient and customer-focused specialist who handles the removal and disposal of unwanted items for residential customers. This high-demand service will generate quick and consistent revenue for the business. The specialist is responsible for all aspects of the job, from initial assessment to responsible disposal or recycling.

Job Requirements

• GED or high school diploma.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and hauling heavy items safely.
• Valid driver's license and experience driving large vehicles, such as a truck with a trailer.
• Knowledge of local waste disposal and recycling regulations.
• Ability to estimate the size and scope of a job quickly to provide accurate quotes.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and dispose of junk and debris from client properties.
• Assess job sites to determine the equipment and time needed for removal.
• Dismantle and remove larger items safely and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service during the removal process.
• Separate items for recycling or donation whenever possible to reduce disposal costs.
