Job Description

This role focuses on the specialized cleaning and restoration of various surfaces, including the removal of rust, graffiti, and tough stains from residential and commercial properties. The specialist uses advanced techniques, chemical treatments, and specialized equipment to restore surfaces to their original condition. The position is essential for high-profit, high-demand services that go beyond standard cleaning.

Responsibilities

  • Perform Rust and Stain Removal: Apply appropriate treatments to remove rust, hard water stains, and other discoloration from surfaces such as concrete, brick, and siding.
  • Execute Surface Restoration: Restore the appearance of various surfaces, including decks, patios, and walkways.
  • Manage Equipment and Supplies: Maintain and properly use specialized equipment and chemical supplies.
  • Ensure Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Client Communication: Clearly communicate the restoration process and expected outcomes to clients.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in restoration, detailing, or a related field is a plus but not required. We will provide on-the-job training for specialized skills.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and physical stamina. Must be able to follow safety protocols for handling chemical agents and operating power equipment.
  • Qualifications (or equivalent): Certifications in surface restoration or chemical safety are a plus. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are necessary for operating company vehicles.
