As a key member of the team, the Senior Cleaning Technician oversees standard and deep-cleaning projects for residential and commercial clients. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality results, leading junior team members on job sites, and building positive client relationships. Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning. Experience in a supervisory or team-lead capacity is highly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong work ethic, and excellent leadership and communication skills. Must be adept at using a variety of cleaning equipment and products.
• Qualifications (or equivalent): A professional cleaning certification is a plus. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cleaning Teams: Lead and train junior technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of cleaning tasks.
• Perform Quality Control: Conduct post-service inspections to ensure work meets the company's standards and the client's expectations.
• Handle Complex Jobs: Manage and execute deep-cleaning projects, including carpet and upholstery cleaning, floor waxing, and window washing.
• Manage Client Relations: Address any client inquiries or complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain Inventory: Track and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
